The Very Most have been around since 2002, releasing six albums, and many EPs, as well as playing tons of shows in the US and Europe, representing Boise to indie-pop fans around the world. We think it’s time to celebrate this momentous milestone, and so, naturally, we’re playing a show in our hometown. This is our first full-band show since 2013, and it’s likely to be our last full-band show in Boise for a long while.
We have a great set of bands helping us celebrate, including absolute legends DIRT FISHERMEN, up-and-coming indie rock band TRIPPY HEARTS, Sam and Lorie from the experimental pop combo Central City Music Company, reformed as SALMON LORRY (get it?), and between-sets music from the godfather of Boise’s electronic music scene (and former TVM drummer): DISCOMA.
To top it off, to better celebrate 20 years of making music as The Very Most, we’re charging a 2002-style, inflation-killing cover: FIVE BUCKS. I’m pretty sure if you’ve read this far, you don’t want to miss this show.
