Gesamtkunstwerk means total work of art. Drag and burlesque both require the use of so many different forms of visual and performance art and that’s what this show celebrates. The mission of Gesamtkunstwerk is to bring Rupauls Drag Race and Dragula stars to Boise who do exciting and special things with visuals and performance as well as promote local drag and burlesque who do the same. Also it says kunst. And werk. I mean, come on
