Visual Arts Collective (VAC) is the Treasure Valley’s first multi-disciplinary arts facility, quickly becoming a popular setting for many artistic experiences. Regarded for its willingness to exhibit progressive visual artists, to partner with local arts organizations to bring theater, cinema, music, and performance art to the community, and to take risks, VAC is gaining a reputation as not only being the first multi-disciplinary arts facility in the Boise area but also for being an exceptional visual arts gallery and live venue!

VAC is a unique facility for any special event or function and offers a unique experience for those interested in making their occasion outstanding! With over 3,500 square feet of open gallery space, VAC is one of the most distinctive facilities in the Boise area and is available for rent year-round. VAC offers a variety of services to make your event exceptional and successful!

Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)

  • $2000.00

Friday and Saturday

  • $2500.00

Seating

  • 150 – 180 theater-style with good sightlines
  • 200  theater-style for music

Reception style

  • 386 standing only
  • 150 with bistro or cocktail tables

Rates include the in-house sound system, lighting, service bar, basic set-up, and standard cleanup. Additional cleaning costs may apply. Sound technician, theater lighting, disco lighting, lighting technician, podium(s), tables, including conference, cocktail, bistro, six and eight-top, seating, linens, centerpieces, food and beverage station(s), and servers available at additional costs.

Payment: A non-refundable security deposit of $250 is required when the event is booked and is applied to the total fees due. The remaining fees are due on the day of the event. Payment, excluding the security deposit, is refundable with one-month prior notice. Payment may be made by cashier’s check, cash, or Credit Card.
